The Old Vicarage is a Grade II listed building with numerous outbuildings including stables and a coach house. The project includes the repurposing of the outbuildings to provide habitable accommodation that can also function as home offices. The works in the main house include the conversion of the garage into a utility space, alterations to the existing orangery and MVHR installation within the lower ground floor along with reinstatement of lime-based products. The alterations and refurbishment to the Old Vicarage are designed and carried out using the best conservation practice.
